- The 2010 Amarillo Dillas won the United League Baseball title, but became the Amarillo Sox in 2011 (switching leagues in the process)
- The 2010 Big Bend Cowboys won the CBL league title, and were renamed the Alpine Cowboys to start the 2011 Pecos League season
- The 2011 Edmonton Capitals won the North American League championship, but the team went dark before the 2012 season
